Traumatic Loss Grief Group
This online psychotherapy group is designed for adults who have lost a loved one to a sudden, unexpected, traumatic, or violent death– including suicide, homicide, fatal accident, a medical emergency, or a drug-related death.
The group supports individuals coping with the trauma and grief that can follow such losses. Together, we focus on restoring resilience while honoring the living memory of your loved one. Weekly meetings are designed to support your healing in a safe, supportive environment.
Who the Group is For
This online group is for adults who have experienced a sudden, unexpected, traumatic, or violent death of a loved one. It’s particularly helpful for individuals seeking support alongside others who share similar experiences.
Past participants describe the group as a safe place to share about their traumatic loss with supportive others who “get it.” The focus is on learning about and supporting grief and trauma responses while fostering resilience, connection, and meaning.
