Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic style is grounded in an attachment-based perspective and integrates approaches that support healing after grief and trauma.
I draw from Attachment-Informed Grief Therapy, Complicated Grief Treatment, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and similar therapeutic modalities.
I work collaboratively with clients, creating space for careful exploration of early attachment experiences, current stressors, and the emotional patterns that shape their lives.
My work with clients is depth-oriented. We begin by exploring early attachment experiences and the ways they continue to shape your life in adulthood.
To build and sustain meaningful therapeutic traction, I typically meet with clients on a weekly basis (or more frequently), gradually shifting to every other week and then less often over time.
I maintain a collaborative approach, grounded in caring curiosity. My goal is for you to feel safe sharing emotional distress, knowing I can hold painful experiences with steadiness and confidentiality.
