Therapy for Grief,
Trauma, and Loss
for Adults in
Oregon & Washington.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing virtual therapy for adults living in Oregon and Washington. I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, traumatic loss, suicide loss, and the long-term impact of childhood relational trauma.

I support adults who are coping with the death of a loved one — including sudden, unexpected, or traumatic loss — as well as those experiencing other significant life losses (such as divorce, job loss, or chronic illness). I also work with patterns and challenges that originate in one’s family of origin, including enmeshment and codependency.

I also work with individuals navigating other types of loss, including chronic medical conditions, terminal illness, and the anticipatory grief that often accompanies them.
