Losing a leader or a member of a group, workplace, congregation, or community–whether expected or sudden–can require a thoughtful and coordinated organizational response. Grief reactions vary widely, and leadership may feel unsure how best to support employees or members during this time.
I provide consultation and onsite individual and group support to organizations navigating loss, helping leaders respond thoughtfully to grief, trauma, and the emotional impact on their community.
Format & Approach
Consultation begins with a phone call with one or more leaders to establish and understand the need. This is often followed by at least one site visit, during which time I often meet with affected bereaved group members in an individual or group setting. My hourly rate plus mileage will be invoiced at the completion of the work.
